Brittany A. Sharpton, President & CEO || Ms. Sharpton, a graduate of the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, has over 13 years of economic modeling, valuation, and financial feasibility expertise. Brittany advises public and private sector entities that require support in developing and managing multi-billion dollar infrastructure projects.

Ms. Sharpton uses her strategic market assessment and financing structure skill sets to assist her clients better estimate and assess market financing alternatives by maximizing leverage of their respective entities’ total value. Brittany has provided senior-level counsel to some of the State’s largest businesses, not-for-profit organizations, and governments over her career while working on projects across a number of industries including water, aviation, transportation, and healthcare.

Ms. Sharpton began her career as a municipal finance analyst at an international Wall Street firm where she provided client coverage and transaction execution support to raise debt capital for state and local governments and  conducted debt refunding, debt capacity, and debt refinancing assessments.

Brittany serves on the Board of Directors for the Miami Children’s Museum, MCCJ (Treasurer), the Liberty City Optimist Club, and the Miami-Dade County Public Schools STEM Advisory Board. She is also affiliated with a number of professional and civic organizations including The Links, Incorporated, and the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, among others.

Ms. Sharpton, a Miami native and eldest of three siblings, is also a nearly lifelong member of New Birth Baptist Church in Opa-Locka, FL and a member of Alpha Kappa Psi professional business fraternity. Brittany is an avid baker who enjoys strength training, international travel, attending professional and collegiate sporting events, and foodsploring.
